水火道場
性命双修、大道は唯一なり
心はすなわち仏道、すべて自身にあり
紅塵にて心を錬り、虚静にて身を錬る
外より内へ転じ、玄関に契り入る
我執を破り去り、すべて虚妄と為す
覚醒し開悟す、無我の心
功徳を積み重ね、身を天機に合わせる
水火既済、坎離乾坤
先天に返还し、身の外に身あり
輪廻を解脱し、道と合一す
仏学と道学を基とし、性命双修を実践する。
心性の修持は仏学に基づき、身命の修持は道学に基づく。
現実世界はすべて後天の像の顕現に過ぎず、先天の元神を修持することを根本とする。
外在の像をもって内在の我執を破り、外より内へ転じ、玄関に契り入り、元神の真意を現出せしめる。
識神に支配される状態から元神が主事する状態へと転じ、徐々に規則を脱し、原点へと戻る。
日常での修行
修性――覚知力を活かし、暮らしの中で心が動かされることを機縁として、内省し、如如不動の状態を保つ。
修命――打座を基本とし、呼吸を調え、天機を待つ。

Tenets
Dual cultivation of nature and life—the Great Way is the one and only.
The mind is the Buddha, the Dao; it is all within oneself.
Refine the mind amidst the mundane world; refine the body through emptiness and stillness.
Turn from the external to the internal; enter the Mysterious Pass.
Break attachment to self—all is illusion.
Awaken and realize—the mind of no-self.
Accumulate virtue and merit—the body aligns with the celestial mechanism.
Water and Fire in harmony—Kan and Li, Qian and Kun.
Return to the primordial—a body beyond the body.
Liberate from samsara—unite with the Dao.
Rooted in both Buddhism and Daoism, this tradition advocates the dual cultivation of nature (xing) and life (ming): the cultivation of mind and essence follows Buddhist principles, while the cultivation of body and vitality follows Daoist principles.
The phenomenal world is a manifestation of acquired (hou tian) images; cultivating the primordial spirit (yuan shen) is the foundation.
External images are used to break internal attachment to self—turning from the external to the internal, entering the Mysterious Pass, and allowing the true intention of the primordial spirit to emerge.
One shifts from being governed by the conscious spirit (shi shen) to having the primordial spirit take charge, gradually breaking free from constraints and returning to the origin.
Daily activities primarily consist of:
- Cultivating nature (xing): applying awareness; whenever the mind is stirred in daily life, using it as an opportunity to introspect inwardly and remain unmoved.
- Cultivating life (ming): sitting in meditation, regulating the breath, and quietly awaiting the celestial opportunity.

以佛学道学为基础、主张性命双修、心性修持基于佛学、身命修持基于道学。
现实世界皆为后天像的表现、修持先天元神为根本。
以外在的像来破掉内在的我执、由外转内、契入玄关、使元神真意现出。
从被识神支配转入元神主事、渐而挣脱规则、回归原点。
日常活动主要是
修性、应用觉知力、生活中被触发心动之时为契机、自省内心、如如不动。
修命、打坐调息、静待天机。
